It is the relationship that heals - it is the relationship that heals - it is the relationship that heals

“After therapy with Kate at Bridge and Bloom, I can say with deep conviction that the work we undertook has been transformative. When I began, I felt completely immobilised by toxic patterns I couldn’t understand. I was trapped in cycles of fight or flight and repeating destructive behaviours across many areas of my life. Through consistent, expertly tailored, and at times challenging sessions, I gradually uncovered the deeper roots of these patterns and began to make sense of emotions I had carried for years. Over time, I’ve become more grounded, more self assured, and far more intentional in the relationships and choices I make. It’s difficult to put into words just how profoundly this work has changed the course of my life. Bridge and Bloom provided not only the tools and insight to heal, but also the compassion, skill, and unwavering support to move forward. Healing isn’t linear, but having dedicated, specialised and expert therapy, my healing journey has been one of purpose and growth.”
